These terms govern your use of Sorti. This is a draft outline of the sections a Terms of Service normally covers — the language below has not been finalized or reviewed by a lawyer.

Sorti helps you plan trips by generating personalized itineraries, packing lists, and trip prep tasks based on information you provide and third-party data (places, events, weather, travel advisories). Sorti does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or bookability of any recommendation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating a profile.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access data that isn’t yours, interfering with the service’s operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. [DRAFT — full acceptable-use list pending.]
Sorti and its licensors retain all rights to the app, its design, and its underlying technology. Content you submit (profile details, notes, trip data) remains yours; you grant Sorti a license to use it to operate and improve the service.
Sorti surfaces information and links from third-party providers (for example, places, activities, restaurants, and events data, and booking or ticketing partners). Sorti is not a party to any booking or purchase you make through a third party and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, or service.
Sorti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including travel decisions made based on its recommendations. You may stop using Sorti and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Sorti may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sorti participates in Viator's affiliate program. When your itinerary or trip prep tasks include a bookable experience sourced from Viator, the "Book" link is an affiliate link — if you book through it, Sorti may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. Links to bookable events sourced from Ticketmaster are not affiliate links today; Sorti earns no commission on them. Sorti also participates in Bounce's affiliate program: when a trip's Trip Prep tasks include a luggage-storage recommendation, the linked booking page is an affiliate link on the same terms as above.
